JOB DETAILS:
• Purpose:
To assist the Finance and Administration (F&A) Officer in coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
• Responsibilities:
o Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports.
o Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
o Assist in procurement processes, including documentation and vendor follow-ups.
o Manage office supplies and coordinate logistical support for the team.
o Assist in processing staff claims, advances, and payments.
o Ensure compliance with organizational financial and administrative policies.
