JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; or Statistics; or Business Administration (Management Option); or Monitoring and Evaluation plus a Masters Degree in Economics; or Statistics; or Business Administration (Management Option); or Monitoring and Evaluation from a recognized University or Institution.

Working Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of nine (9) years relevant working experience; three (3) of which should have been served at a Principal Officer level in Government or a reputable organization.

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Secretary/Commissioner for performing the following duties:-

– Developing and reviewing NGO monitoring and evaluation guidelines, policies and standards;

– Conducting regular NGO monitoring and evaluation programs/ surveys on NGO projects and activities in the country;
– Developing; reviewing and operationalising monitoring and evaluation systems and activity tracking tool;
