JOB DETAILS:
The Area Manager will oversee the sales and operational activities, planning, direction, and management of the sales team within their designated area. Successful candidates will be responsible for implementing strategies to meet performance goals in relation to sales growth, market share, stakeholder relationship management and people management in the branches under their direct control. This person will report to the Division Executive-Sales & Operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline.
• A post graduate qualification in a related field. Professional certification in sales, marketing or related fields is of advantage.
Experience & knowledge:
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the financial services
• sector, three years of which must have been at regional manage ment and/or department supervisory level in the sales function….
