Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to assigned staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
• Compose and proofread professional correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate and assist with events and conferences.
