JOB DETAILS:
The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of office administration. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Senior Administration Officer and ensuring that administrative processes are efficiently managed.

Job Purpose:
KEY RESULT AREAS
i. Oversee estate management activities, including maintenance and repairs of company properties.
ii. Coordinate with service providers and manage property-related issues as they arise.

iii. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

iv. Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
v. Place orders for new supplies as needed and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

vi. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
