Description
The Administration Assistant/Receptionist will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient functioning of the office operations for the TLC Activity.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies and facilities.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings for program staff.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Provide reception services and handle inquiries professionally.
• Assist in preparing administrative reports as needed.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a development project setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
