Job Summary:
The Administration and Community Relations Officer shall coordinate and provide administrative support to the TGS team and participation in development, implementation and enforcement of the organization’s administration policies and practices.
The position reports to the Operations Manager and is based at the Tororo Grinding Station in Tororo. The job holder is responsible for administrative support across TGS. The incumbent will be required to manage the administrative function for the Plant including responsibilities for filing and archiving of all documentation.
The position requires an individual with in depth interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
