JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Provide administrative support to Accountant, undertake clerical tasks such as filing, basic bookkeeping and other Accounting related duties such as reporting, ledger maintenance and Account reconciliation, maintain the office and keep it running smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities
Raise sales invoices and receipts.
• Process expense requests.
• Cashbook maintenance.
•Update procedural documentation.
• Work with spread sheets, sales, purchase ledgers and journals. 6. Confirm that payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Post daily transactions as they arise.
• Assist in reconciliation of banking transactions.
• Participate in periodical stocktaking: month end and year end.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
