2. Position: Accounts Assistant (1)
Reporting to: Senior Accountant
Duties and responsibilities:
• Receipt, verification, posting and filing of supplier bills and respective journals.
• Processing supplier payments while ensuring amounts and records are correct.
• Cash management – verifying requests, issuances of petty cash, posting and filing cash transactions
• Analysis of sales and purchases ledgers.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations.
