JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to the Chief Retail Banking Officer, the role holder will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the personal banking segment by leveraging data insights and analytics. The role focuses on designing customer-centric strategies, enhancing product offerings, and delivering exceptional service experiences while fostering data-driven decision-making to achieve business goals.
