Specific Responsibilities
Under supervision of the Director of Finance & Administration and in close coordination with the MSH Corporate Contracts Office and technical team members, the Subaward Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Subaward Administration (approx. 60%)
• Coordinating inputs into the solicitation and award, and assessing partner capabilities (if involved during pre-award stage)
• Monitoring of program deliverables ensuring the activities implemented by the subawardees are in-line with USAID and MSH guidelines; ensure that subawardees comply with all donor reporting requirements; conduct regular site visits, draft findings and memos.
• Oversight of overall subaward compliance with terms and conditions and donor regulations, including submission of required certifications and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identifying capacity strengthening needs and supporting collaborative capacity strengthening plan and activities
• Provide trainings to subawardees, as needed, on donor regulations and compliance with terms and conditions
