JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the SACCO’s services and products.
• Enhance the SACCO’s brand visibility and member recruitment efforts.
• Manage relationships with members, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the SACCO’s marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and member behavior to tailor marketing campaigns effectively
• Train and supervise the marketing team, ensuring the achievement of marketing goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course (a degree in Marketing is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory.
• Age: 30–35 years.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with microfinance systems.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
