Qualifications:
1. Certified Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
3. Competence with the New Curriculum.
4. Proficient in Computer Skills.
Roles/Responsibilities (General for a Chemistry Teacher):
1. Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the New Curriculum.
2. Develop and implement practical experiments and demonstrations to support learning.
3. Evaluate and assess student performance regularly through tests, assignments, and examinations.
4. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
5. Maintain a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
6. Stay updated on modern teaching techniques and integrate them into lessons.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
