Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
• Manage and direct all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain a well-organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and preparing reports.
• Support the school’s daily operations by coordinating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
• Handle student attendance records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
