The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is responsible for spearheading the Bank’s digital transformation agenda, driving innovation, and integrating technology into all aspects of the Bank’s operations. The CDO leads the strategy, execution, and delivery of customer-centric, digital-first solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and deliver sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy and Transformation
o Develop and execute the Bank’s digital transformation strategy, aligned with the overall business goals.
o Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative banking solutions.
o Identify opportunities for digitization across product offerings, operations, and customer interactions.
2. Customer Experience and Innovation
o Create and implement customer-centric digital platforms that enhance user experience.
