JOB DETAILS:
Position: District Sales Manager
Reports To: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets for solar home systems. Recruit and train sales agents
• Recored sales and customers on the prospect platform
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. – Build and maintain relationships with UECCC, key clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
