The Executive Secretary will provide high-level clerical support to the Executives, Directors, or Departmental Head-level employee, performing a variety of secretarial duties and skilled tasks that may include preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data.

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence and overseeing operations related to the Executive Office.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Administration, Secretarial duties or related field
• Professional level of verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal – interaction skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with office productivity tools & an aptitude for learning new software systems.
