JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
• Conduct thorough household and business surveys to assess loan eligibility, onboard new clients, form groups, and evaluate guarantors by visiting their homes.
• Prepare loan proposals, ensure complete documentation for disbursement, facilitate deposit mobilization and client enrollment in digital services. Follow up on loan repayments to ensure clients meet their obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of loans, deposits, and digital enrollments. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, ensure proper filing of all client-related documents, and adhere to BRAC Uganda Bank’s policies and procedures for smooth operations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, local leaders, and communities. Deliver excellent customer service, promote BRAC Uganda Bank’s model, and ensure timely reporting from both field and satellite office.
