JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY
• Coordinate the operations of the Retail Distribution Channels (Agencies and Branches) and ensure that the set targets in production, Compliance and targeted increase of the Direct Sales Force (DSF) are achieved.
• The role holder is also responsible for attracting new business from intermediaries and retaining existing customers to attain profitable outcomes.
KEY OUTPUTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pursuing new business acquisition plans through existing and new business channels and intermediaries.
• Sets targets for each Agency and Branch both for renewal and new business at the start of the business year and monitors performance every month to ensure that business targets are met
• Selects, interviews, recruits, and trains the DSF with his/her direct reports to achieve annual set numbers and facilitates professional courses for all licensed Agents. Also terminates services as necessary while maintaining the regulatory standards throughout the year
