Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; or Development Economics; or Quantitative Economics; or Statistics; or Monitoring and Evaluation Studies; or Population Studies; or Business Statistics; or Actuarial Science from a recognized University / Institution

Working Experience

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the for performing the following duties:-

– Providing technical support in setting up and maintaining of monitoring and evaluation systems for programmes of the Councils;

– Collecting data and preparing and submitting monitoring and evaluation reports for the programmes to the relevant authorities;
– Developing and implementing a framework for monitoring and evaluation to document performance;

– Building staff capacity in the Council’s programmes;

– Collecting, analysing and validating data on Council’s projects, programmes and policies;
