We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our digital financial services in Uganda. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of Fido by overseeing the introduction of new and current products, establishing strategic partnerships, fostering innovation, and conducting comprehensive market research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Innovation:
o Work closely with the Product team on the development of new products and innovative solutions according to the company’s product roadmap.
o Conduct market research and gather customer needs to support optimal product solutions for Fido customers.
• Strategic Partnerships:
o Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to facilitate the successful launch of products outlined in the company’s roadmap.
• Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, regulatory authorities, and industry influencers.
