JOB DETAILS:
JOB OVERVIEW:
The IT Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure,
ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all technology systems. This role involves providing technical support, managing hardware and software resources, and ensuring data
security and network reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
• printers, and scanners.
2. Network Administration:
• Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus
• software, and intrusion detection systems.
