JOB ROLE/ PURPOSE:
Perform facilities management duties, minor maintenance repairs and ensure that the One Stop Board Point (OSBP) facility is maintained in a clean, orderly and safe state at all times
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Ensure 100% availability power, utilities and functional facilities at the OSBPs to ensure smooth business operations
a) Respond quickly to all service requests for maintenance ant utilities requests at the OSBP
b)Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment (generators, air conditioning, pumps, firefighting equipment, plumbing etc)
c)Work rapidly without compromising quality in order to minimize down times from utilities, facilities and power incidents
d)Ensure the OSBP is kept in a hygienic and safe environment
e)Provide for all preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities.
f)Provide for all repairs of equipment and facilities.
g)Provide reports on all the above activities to Supervisor Estates & Utilities on a regular basis.
