JOB ROLE/ PURPOSE:
Monitor the maintenance of assigned URA vehicles and transport official passengers and items to support business operations in the Authority.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide Transport and logistical services to URA staff and Officials to facilitate smooth flow of business operations
a) Drive URA staff and officials to meetings, field missions, and other destinations as may be requested from time to time.
b)Collect and deliver mail, packages, and equipment to assigned destinations
c)Maintain records and account for all deliveries and distributions
d)Advise passengers on basic safety precautions before and during the journey
e)Restrict admission of non-authorized passengers to the URA vehicle
f)Maintain record of travel appointments and airport pick-ups for Staff and officials, daily mileage and fuel consumption
2.Keep the vehicle in good mechanical and hygienic condition to ensure the safety and health of the passenger
