JOB ROLE/ PURPOSE:
Plan, coordinate and implement tax content and outreach and programs aimed at educating and engaging taxpayers to raise public awareness and understanding of the tax system to encourage voluntary compliance. The officer will work with various stakeholders including individuals, businesses, and community organizations to ensure accurate and accessible information is available to the public.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develop and manage the creation and distribution of targeted tax education materials to improve understanding and ensure compliance among various stakeholder groups.
a) Review user requests for the production of tax materials and carry out research to get desired content.
b)Undertake tax curriculum development and implementation activities for various taxpayer segments, education institutions and sectors
c)Coordinate and participate in the translation of tax education content to target audience group languages
