About the Role
This is a field-based role. This field manager will be based in the field alongside their team, and among others, manage the field operations of that team. Experience managing and leading teams in the field is strictly required.
The Field Manager – Internal Audit (IA FM) will play a central role in ensuring that GiveDirectly delivers a gold standard product to donors and recipients. The IA FM serves as the key eyes and eyes of the organization on the ground and will be responsible for regularly synthesizing updates on team performance as well as field successes and challenges. The IA Field Manager will lead a programs audit team that monitors, detects, and resolves program risks like fraud and safeguarding.
