JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Accountable for the smooth running of all the central operations of the Bank. The role is accountable for ensuring that necessary controls are implemented while delivering an efficient service across all the Bank’s operations.
Key Result Areas:
• Ensuring that Branches meet their set targets in Assets, Liabilities and value-added services.
• Supervise branch operations in liaison with regional managers in terms of tools of trade, staffing, internal controls, policies and procedures
• Follow up Audit, Compliance and regulatory compliancy findings raised to ensure that there are no repeat findings
• Conduct regular trainings to branch, regional managers and head office department staff in identified gaps
• Review and recommend policy changes regularly to the head of banking operations.
