JOB DETAILS:
OVERVIEW
Accountable to the Board of Directors, the General Manager (GM) will provide leadership, strategic direction, and tactical oversight to all of Magnum Security’s functions. The job holder will ensure close coordination between the teams to align services with customer requirements and other business imperatives; he or she will lead the team to deliver innovatively. The GM is also responsible for quality assurance as well as compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) legislation; he or she will ensure that international best practice in Security management is implemented throughout the organisation so that a compelling brand reputation is established and maintained.
