Description
Refactory Limited is an initiative that seeks to address the shortage of skilled software developers in Uganda and youth unemployment. Refactory Limited was established by four partners; Clarke International University (CIU), Laboremus Uganda Ltd, and Fontes Foundation and Youth With A Mission UK.
Role Description
The Finance Lead will be responsible for all financial management and control, Business growth and Administration. The Finance Lead will report to the Executive Director.

• Provide overall leadership in strategic financial planning and analysis including cash flow analysis and management to ensure strategic availability of funds, cost and revenue tracking and decision making.
