JOB DETAILS:
As part of the Operations Department, the Area Manager is responsible for the management, training and development of several branches offering optical services in Uganda. He/She will be requested to travel across the territory to visit the different branches under his/her supervision.
The Area Manager will work under the supervision of the Operations Manager and interact with the different company departments. The Area Manager directly supervises and manages the Branch Managers and their teams of salespeople and Eye specialists. The Area Manager organizes, manages and develops the sales activity of the various branches in accordance with the company’s sales policy and targets. They are responsible for increasing the profits of all the branches in their area.
