Qualifications & Experience:
• Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience) a minimum of 10 years of international experience, both in drilling and completion engineering, and 3 years previous experience in an operational position.
• A minimum of 10 years of international experience, both in drilling and completion engineering, and 3 years previous experience in an operational position.
• Demonstrated management skills with contract management experience.
• Multidisciplinary operational competencies in drilling, completion and well interventions.
• Master in problem analysis, decision making, teamwork and leadership. Good human relation and communication skill, with right balance of diplomacy and firmness with Contractors.
