JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Chief Retail Banking Officer the Head High Net Worth will be responsible for executing business plans and upholding High Net Worth Operations in alignment with the Retail Banking Strategy, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally, oversee the high net worth portfolio, catering to affluent individuals, managing mortgages, and attending to the needs of Diaspora clients.
LOCATION: Kampala
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for the overall performance of the High Net Worth segment including sales, balance sheet and income statement.
• Review the total performance for High Net Worth on a daily, and weekly basis and develop short-term work plan shifts to ensure that overall performance targets are met and exceeded.
