Job purpose
With philanthropic funding from GiveWell, Malaria Consortium will collaborate with the Ministry of Health in Uganda to implement a multi-country project named “Behavioural Insights to Accelerate Net Use (Be In A Net)”. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering this project in Uganda. The Be In A Net project aims to optimise the impact of insecticide-treated nets (ITNs) by applying behavioural science to ITN campaign activities. The project will consist of collating existing information to inform exploratory research on the barriers and enablers influencing ITN use, including conducting primary data collection with communities in Uganda. A low-cost intervention will then be co-created with communities and piloted to test the operational feasibility of delivering the intervention at scale.
