Main Purpose of the Job:
The Grants and Compliance Specialist shall be responsible for grants management and integrating its work with the other departments of the project. S/he will monitor the grants management operations to ensure overall high quality of grants administration across programs; oversee all aspects of grant administration, risk management, reporting, budgeting tracking and financial and resource mobilization for both the PR, SRS, SSRs, CBOs, CSOs and Districts. He/She will be responsible for providing program and support teams with general grants management support and advise on donor compliance and PR policy & regulations to ensure grants are implemented on-track, ontime, and on-budget while adhering to funding and reporting requirements from grant inception to close.
