Position: Relationship Manager – SME
Reports to: Manager, Assets & Liabilities
Department: Assets & Liabilities
Job Summary: To market the Bank’s products and manage customer relationships through proactive and consultative approaches to acquire profitable New business, retain existing business relationships and maintain high-quality portfolios geared towards the realization of the Bank’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of profitable new SME clients to achieve defined sales targets in liabilities and assets to grow the market share in line with the Bank’s strategic direction.
• Identify Business opportunities within the existing portfolio and establish mechanisms for growing customer relationships with the Bank.
• Manage assigned credit portfolios and monitor the quality of existing credit
