Role Overview
Under the direct supervision of the Programs Director , the Programs Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of health activities, budget management, monitoring and evaluation and reporting with an emphasis on ensuring the timely and high-quality achievement of the project goal and objectives by the respective consortium partner.The Programs Manager will take lead in communication and coordination with health partners to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
Responsibilities
• Providing technical program supervision and guidance to all program staff members at WALIMU field project locations.
• Participating in the definition of the program objectives and in collaboration with the project coordinators, defining, implementing, and monitoring the program activities.
