The African Women and Youth Action for Development (AWYAD) is due to implement a ten (10) months’ project in Nakivale, Rwamwanja and Kisoro Districts. AWYAD is seeking to recruit suitably qualified & experienced individual for the following positions:

Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR – GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE (GBV) (1).
Working Areas: Nakivale, Rwamwanja & Kisoro Districts
Report to: Head of Programs, Development & Implementation
Job purpose: GBV Coordinator will be responsible for project coordination, implementation, ensure efficient resource utilization, representation of AWYAD at field level, ensure that reporting and accountability are observed, maintain good working relationships with donors, implementing partners, OPM, UNHCR, targeted communities and protection actors.
