JOB DETAILS:
IntraHealth is seeking a Senior Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for the upcoming five-year USAID-funded Uganda Strengthening Local Health Systems (SLHS) activity, valued at $25-50 million. The purpose of the project is to strengthen key elements of Ugandan health systems focusing on health care financing (HCF), human resources for health (HRH), health management information systems (HMIS), and community health systems.
Reporting to the Chief of Party, the Senior Manager of MEL will oversee all monitoring, evaluation, and learning components of this project, including the design and implementation of the activity monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan (AMELP) and corresponding information system to track delivery against targets.
