JOB DETAILS:
The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting the project’s workforce management and HR-related activities. This role involves collaborating closely with project management, site supervisors, and the HR department to ensure efficient staffing, compliance with policies, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations at the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires, including safety training and introduction to company policies.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
