Assistant Relationship Managers – Personal Banking job at KCB Bank

JOB DETAILS:
Highly motivated individuals to manage healthy banking portfolios and be reliable points of contact for new and existing personal bank customers. (Fort Portal and Mbarara)

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree or post graduate degree in a finance or business-related field.
• Business-related qualifications are an added advantage.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in retail sales.
• Understanding of KCB banking products policies and procedures
• Credit knowledge and understanding.
• Understanding risk management principles, credit scoring principles and procedures.
• Possession of fine underwriting skills and a good understanding of personal credit processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Good understanding of competitors and their products and services.
• Great people management skills..
