Job Purpose:
To conduct comprehensive and accurate data collection through field surveys and interviews, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines, fostering community engagement, and contributing to the successful implementation of the community agriculture initiatives
Community Engagement:
Build Rapport and Trust: Enumerators will establish positive relationships with community members/beneficiaries to encourage participation in the survey process. They will engage in open communication, actively listen to concerns or questions raised by respondents, and address them with sensitivity and respect.
Data Collection:
