Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda wishes to recruit young, competent, energetic, flexible and committed persons to fill the position of Relationship Officer.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Relationship Officer
REPORTING LINE: Manager – Underwriting
DUTY STATION: Head Office Kampala
ROLE PURPOSE
To collect information, perform data entry, analyze risk factors to determine the cost and benefit ratio associated with insuring prospective clients as well as supporting the underwriting process for claims by maintaining accurate records and modifying existing policies.
KEY DELIVERABLES
• Ensuring operational efficiency and excellence by managing client expectations and service requirements
• Timely follow up on policy renewals, maintenance and servicing.
• Coordinate quotation requests in liaison with Actuarial Department.
