Job Purpose:
The Education Sponsorship Project Officer will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the education sponsorship programs within the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Officer will be responsible for coordinating the sponsorship of children’s education, ensuring that they have access to quality education and support. The Officer will work closely with local schools, sponsors, and community stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of education sponsorship initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Education Sponsorship Management: Oversee and manage the education sponsorship programs, ensuring compliance with sponsorship guidelines and policies.
2. Sponsor-Child Relationship: Foster positive and meaningful relationships between sponsors and sponsored children through regular communication and updates.
