Description
IntraHealth is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for the upcoming five-year USAID-funded Uganda Strengthening Local Health Systems (SLHS) Activity, valued at $25-$50 million. The purpose of the project is to strengthen key elements of Ugandan health systems focusing on health care financing (HCF), human resources for health (HRH), health management information systems (HMIS), and community health systems.
The COP will oversee overall SLHS implementation, providing strategic technical vision and managing the project team and consortium members to achieve expected results. This leadership role liaises with USAID, the Ugandan Ministry of Health (MOH), other health and development partners, and implementing partners (IPs) in Uganda, cultivating open, productive, and collaborative relationships to advance activity objectives.
