JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership for academic programs/ courses and ensure the Institution’s academic quality and standards;
• Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the Governing council in line with Institutions governance framework. Coordinate the accountability to meet the Institutions financial policy

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the institution; Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets market demand and prepare students for the business world;
• Oversee staff recruitment, appraisal and discipline; Implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Institution;
• Oversee student leadership and extracurricular activities;
• Ensure the Institution complies with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards;
• Engage in outreach programs to promote the institution image.
