Overall responsibility:
The program Officer for Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) is a member of the implementation team of Global Fund grant to fight HIV, TB and Malaria in Uganda. He or she will be supporting the RSSH Coordinator for implementing RSSH interventions and enhancing capacities of respective implementers.
The incumbent will report to the RSSH coordinator and work closely with the Global Fund coordination office in Uganda and the National TB and Leprosy Program which houses the RSSH grant.
Specific duties and responsibilities
• Provide support to planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting related to the RSSH grant.
• Monitor and follow up on grant implementation levels, drawing attention of the RSSH specialist on challenges detected to improve the effectiveness and impact of the RSSH interventions.
