Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for the overall operations of the branch, customer service and relationship management, marketing the company’s products and supervising the staff at the Branch in line with the strategies and policies of Asaak.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Managing a diverse operational team.
● Cascade targets for all staff in the branch and decide on plans and tactics to achieve them.
● Ensure the safety and maintenance of branch assets, provide effective oversight and general administration to all branch staff.
● Increase customer retention and branch growth through aggressive sales of the company’s products, thereby promoting an optimum build-up of revenue in line with the branch targets and Asaak business objectives.
