Reports to: Risk, Recovery & Tracking Coordinator
Duty Station: Mukono, Mattuga, Nabbingo, Kampala
Role:
To install, monitor and provide tracking installation services for motorcycles in line with company guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Create sub-accounts and update login details in the system.
● Save bikes to different branches using details shared on the in-house spreadsheet.
● Renaming the device with the specific number plate and sim card number.
● Monitor and provide support to the installation team on the user end by executing commands to see if they are effective or resetting devices with issues.
● Monitor device statuses and communicate to different personnel in case they need attention.
● Updating the in-house spreadsheet.
● Providing support to different staff members with the user end platform.
