JOB DETAILS:
Duty Station : Matugga, FortPortal
Reports to : Receptionist
Job Purpose:
The position holder will guard, patrol company premises and ensure a safe working environment for the employees, stakeholders and take care of the company’s property against fire, theft, vandalism,terorrism and illegal activity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
1. Receive, scrutinize, register and direct clients and visitors according to Company regulations and requests outlined in the visitor’s register.
2. Liaise with outsourced security guards and provide backup security while on the company premises in line with company guidelines.
3. Inspect and record people and packages entering and leaving the building according to the requirements of the gate release register.
