Overview of the Position
The Contracting and Procurement (C&P) specialist is appointed in SNV Uganda’s Contracting and Procurement team within the Operations department. The C&P Specialist supports and monitors the proper implementation of SNV C&P Policy and Procedures across projects and the country office. (S)he is detail-oriented, thorough, organised, and able to prioritise; ensures procurement of goods, works, non-consultancy and consultancy services at the right price, of the right quality, in a timely and efficient manner; managing the database of contracts across the country office.
